• YELLOW SLATE DESIGN — PEEL & REVEAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Promoter: Yellow Slate Design Ltd, 1 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Hillington, Glasgow G52 4NQ

    2. Eligibility: Open to Scottish Marketing Summit attendees aged 18 or over at Hampden Park on 29 October 2026. Employees of Yellow Slate Design, Scottish Marketing Summit Staff and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are excluded. One entry per person.

    3. How to enter: Each eligible attendee will receive an official Yellow Slate Design Peel & Reveal sticker attached to their Scottish Marketing Summit lanyard tag. Participants must wait until Xander announces the opening of the promotion during his stage appearance before peeling the designated panel and following the instructions underneath to reveal their result. The promotion closes at 4pm on 29 October 2026. Stickers peeled before the opening announcement will be invalid if entered. One entry per person. No separate entry fee applies; event admission requirements still apply.

    4. Prizes: Prizes are supplied by a variety of participating businesses. The prize displayed on the official prize webpage accessed using the entrant’s valid Peel & Reveal sticker is the prize available to that entrant, subject to verification. The prize list, quantities and provider-specific conditions are available.

    5. Claiming your prize: All prizes must be claimed in person by speaking to a member of the Yellow Slate Design team at the Scottish Marketing Summit, Hampden Park, by 4pm on 29 October 2026. Winners must present their original lanyard tag bearing the Peel & Reveal sticker, together with their digital winning result, for verification. Each winning entry may be redeemed once only. Claims made after the deadline will not be accepted and the prize will be forfeited.

    6. Provider-specific conditions: Each prize is subject to the relevant provider’s terms, including any stated expiry dates, booking requirements, availability, eligibility restrictions and exclusions. These conditions are available in the link above. Claiming a prize by the deadline is separate from redeeming or using it within the provider’s stated timescale.

    7. No alternatives or transfers: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, swapped or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No cash alternative is available.

    8. Verification: Only genuine, original Peel & Reveal stickers issued for this promotion and their associated digital results are valid. Copied, altered, fraudulent or previously redeemed entries will not be accepted. A screenshot or shared link alone is not sufficient proof of a winning entry. Where a sticker or lanyard tag is damaged, the team must still be able to verify its authenticity and associated result.

    9. Prize fulfilment: Physical prizes or the relevant voucher, confirmation or redemption instructions will be provided when the claim is verified. Yellow Slate Design will coordinate any subsequent fulfilment with the relevant prize provider. Nothing in these terms limits participants’ statutory rights.

    10. Personal information: Personal information required to administer entries and prize claims will be used for those purposes and shared with the relevant prize provider only where necessary to fulfil the prize, in accordance with our privacy statement at https://www.yellowslatedesign.com/privacy-policy
      Participants may separately choose to receive marketing emails from Yellow Slate Design by selecting an optional, unticked opt-in box. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry or claiming a prize and may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

    11. Independent promotion: This promotion is organised by Yellow Slate Design independently. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or run in conjunction with the Scottish Marketing Summit or Hampden Park. Neither is responsible for administering the promotion or fulfilling prizes.

    12. Acceptance: By participating, entrants agree to these terms and the applicable prize-specific conditions. Questions or complaints should be directed to info@yellowslatedesign.com. These terms are governed by Scots law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
